Write Your Self

The Write Your Self method helps people reclaim their voices and stories after experiencing trauma. Research and trauma therapeutic work show that after trauma, we need space to put what we’ve experienced into words, and we need companionship in the process. We need help to piece our stories and our lives back together. Writing and writing with guidance are good methods to do this, and can be used both separately and as a complement to other forms of treatment and support. I am fully trained in this methodology and deliver it as an educational offer, not as a counsellor or trained therapist.
